
What-I-Do
I help people transform through the different aspects of the Yoga practice widely catagorized into the 3M practice; Mindset, Mindfulness and Movement. I give them practical and accessible tools catering to the individual needs. The journey of this exploration encourages us to show up to life as better versions of ourselves.
The only prerequisite for this journey is to be willing to MAKE TIME. Take the time to stop, to pause, to take a breath, to create space for yourself.
